Passes

- VIP pass includes reserved seating and a glass of Champagne each evening.
- Full passes include drinks, snacks and the New Year special dinner (SOLD OUT)
- Light passes include drinks and snacks but not the New Year special dinner.
- Day passes include drinks and snacks but not the New Year special dinner.

Discount

- The performing artists will distribute discount codes, for a special early-bird price of 125€, valid until Dec 20th.
- After Dec 20th, full price will apply.
- The discount code can only be used ONCE per person!
- To use the discount code, first select your pass(es) then click on the cart icon in the top right corner.

Parity

- Parity will be role-based, not gender-based.
- Single inscriptions will be put on a waiting-list until another suitable single partner registers.
- Couples MUST register together to avoid the waiting-list. They can use the same reduction code two times.

Payment

- After submitting your registration you will get the payment information.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer or Paypal (with 5€ extra fee)
- Your registration will be final only after the payment has been received.
- If you are on the waiting list, please wait for the organizers to contact you to confirm that they have a suitable partner before making your payment.

Cancellation

- If you are unable to attend passes will not be refunded but you can transfer them to someone else.
- Please inform the organizers in any case.
